The confidentiality - Be assured that at all times Jonathan aims to have his students have fun and relax, and at no time will you be publicly sharing anything that’s personal, unless you want to. Please realise also that at no time will he put you on the spot, ask probing questions or embarrass you in front of others. In small group exercises of two or three people you will have the chance to uncover limiting beliefs and fears, but you’ll only share what you want to.
The time – all over 4 weekends [starting Sept 24 and 25th] so no time off work required, spread over 4 months. Not a bootcamp with little sleep and half your annual leave used up
